 We are looking for passionate and dedicated Barista and Teamaster to join our team! Full & Part time positions available You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization , including equipment, utensils, and clientareas.
Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; assist in restocking as needed.
Uphold the WOW standards for quality control in both beverage preparation and food service.

Requirements
1 year of relevant experience is preferred

Ability to work independently and on solo if requried
Strong math skills for handling cash register operations and retail math calculations.
Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
A passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer experiences is highly valued.
